Mars seeks a Procurement Operations Manager
- Raws to lead categories and a small team in creating, implementing, and maintaining a lean, reliable inbound supply chain for manufacturing. You’ll drive high-performance behaviours and apply supply chain tools to ensure reliability.
You will implement risk mitigation, inventory management, and continuous improvement while coaching 1–2 indirect reports and shaping sourcing strategies that support capital reduction.
