Project Manager – Commercial Roofing
San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | $90,000–$115,000 + up to 10% bonus
We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across San Antonio. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage the details, lead people well, and deliver high-quality results from kickoff to closeout.
Responsibilities- Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Oversee contracts, billing, and submittals
- Lead Project Coordinators and Superintendents
- Promote safety, quality, and teamwork on every job
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience (roofing preferred)
- 2+ years as an Assistant PM or higher
- Strong communication and organization skills
- OSHA 30 preferred, valid driver’s license required
- $90K–$115K base + up to 10% bonus
- Health, dental, and vision (United Healthcare & Cigna)
- 401(k) with 4% company match
