We’re looking for a boots‑on‑the‑ground Superintendent who knows how to run a jobsite like a well‑oiled machine.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
LocationSan Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area
Seniority level- Mid‑Senior level
- Full‑time
- Project Management
- Oversee all on‑site electrical activities from rough‑in to final commissioning
- Manage and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Interpret blueprints, one‑lines, and technical drawings to guide installations
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain schedule and resolve conflicts
- Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and quality inspections
- 3+ years of field experience with proven leadership in supervisory roles
- Deep understanding of NEC, OSHA standards, and commercial electrical systems
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools
