Corporate Project Manager, eStore Operations
As a Project Manager supporting eStore Operations you will play a key role in driving project development, sustainment, and execution on initiatives that strengthen our curbside and eStore business line. You’ll partner with teams across the company to deliver an outstanding online customer experience while equipping Partners with world‑class applications, tools, and processes that empower them to excel in their roles.

- 3+ years of experience in project management
- End‑to‑End experience with operational projects such as new technology implementations, process revamping, etc.
- A related degree, training, or experience is highly preferred
- Supports execution of the project management lifecycle; may manage delivery of low‑to‑moderate complexity business projects
- Supports definition and management of project scope, schedule, deliverables, and outcomes
- Develops work estimations
- Ensures project documentation
- Supports/ may determine project deliverables (e.g., plans for communication, risk mitigation, resources, architecture, implementation, and quality)
- Monitors project status; communicates expectations and status to team and stakeholders in a timely manner
- Develops/supports stakeholder relationships and partnerships to ensure project success
- Gains exposure to professional services/technology contracts and contract management to achieve project outcomes and deliverables in a timely manner
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in product management or technology consulting
- Experience supporting retail, supply chain, ecommerce, or digital marketing operations is a plus
- Working knowledge of project management tools and retail accounting/finance principles
- Knowledge of voice of the customer techniques
- Strong Agile/Scrum and analytical skills
- Strong Excel and SQL skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage data to tell a meaningful story
- Ability to break down complex problems into components and reassemble them to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to affect change; adaptability
- Self‑directed
- Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, change‑oriented environment
- Work extended hours
- Travel frequently to pilot stores
