OverviewThe Assistant Project Manager assists the assigned Project Manager in planning, managing direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. The ideal candidate assists the Project Manager in coordinating contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.
Location & Travel DetailsTravel across the US, up to 100% time, potentially on projects in NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, WY. Typical assignment 6-8 months per project. Eligible for daily per diem, vehicle allowance, and travel home rotation one weekend per month away from the jobsite.

- As‑Built Document Procurement
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 3‑5 years work experience in the construction industry (or 7+ years experience if no degree)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast‑paced environment
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross‑functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- OSHA Certification
- Project Scheduling Experience
- Document Control Experience
- Experience in projects greater than $20 million
- Ability to travel within the U.S.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
