Safety Field Manager

Currently hiring a Safety Field Manager for a well-established industrial and oil & gas safety services organization. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone with strong oil & gas safety experience who wants to build a long-term career, continue learning, and step into the next level of leadership. This position is based in San Antonio with structured travel to Midland once per month to support field operations.

• Lead and support on-site safety operations for industrial and oil & gas job sites
• Implement and manage field safety programs and compliance initiatives
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and observations in the field
• Deliver and support safety training and toolbox talks
• Work closely with crews, supervisors, and clients to improve safety performance
• Mentor and support field safety personnel
• Travel to Midland approximately one week per month

• 3-5+ years of oil & gas and/or industrial safety experience
• Strong hands-on, boots-on-the-ground background
• Experience working directly on industrial job sites
• Comfortable with travel and field-based work
• Reliable, motivated, and looking to grow their safety career
• Strong communication and leadership presence
