Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and provide oversight on assigned Enterprise, IT projects.
- Ensure adequate resources are assigned and aligned with core service delivery and FOC criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plan for all requirements/projects to include costs and budgets, personnel, planning, quality control, direction, coordination, deliverables submissions and reviews.
- Provide weekly status updates to the Prime PM for the COR.
- Create, maintain and dispose of task-related records and supporting documentation.
- Schedule all meetings that are pertinent to project planning and development.
- Assist the Program Manager by interacting with team members and government leads with policy or issues.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience.
- Must have verified DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility on day 1.
- Must have an Active PMP.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience managing IT projects.
- Experience in both short- and long-term IT systems deployment & systems life cycles.
- Excellent organizational, oral, and writing skills.
- Experience in a supervisory level position.
