Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure and mission-critical environments, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Manager 5, you will be part of the Operations Construction department supporting complex data center projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:** $77.52 - $85.27 per hour
** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data center construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
+ Manage cross-functional teams and vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
+ Develop and implement best practices to optimize project costs and efficiencies.
+ Coordinate project meetings, report progress, and facilitate decision-making processes.
+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols, contractual obligations, and company policies throughout project execution.
** What's Needed?*
* + High School Qualification or equivalent with 6+ years' experience in datacenter construction or mission-critical environments, or an equivalent background.
+ 4+ years' experience managing complex datacenter or mission-critical projects with cross-functional teams.
+ Deep understanding of construction management, including cost, schedule, and safety management.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to operate independently and support data center operations effectively.
