As Branch Manager,you’lllead a team that keeps operations running strong and customers coming back.

- Lead your team with a hands-on, safety-first approach — making sure every person goes home safe, every day.
- Drive sales and rental performance by building strong customer relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
- Oversee daily operations including fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation.
- Develop and coach your team, creating opportunities for growth and keeping morale high through open communication and trust.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years managing a branch or profit center with P&L responsibility.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to turn goals into results.
- A proven record of leading teams, developing people, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills — withproficiencyin Microsoft Office.
- Come prepared to discuss your experience leading branch operations with full P&L accountability.
- Bring examples of how you have driven revenue, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
- Explain how you build high-performing teams rooted in safety, trust, and accountability.
- Describe how you strengthen customer relationships and execute achievable business plans.
