Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for project activities, ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
- Oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage low voltage and access control projects from planning through completion, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and obstacles, communicating updates to leadership as needed.
- Coordinate vendors, technicians, and installers to ensure quality work and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor material tracking, project costs, billing, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Build strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the low voltage industry.
- Hands-on experience with access control systems and low voltage installations.
- Strong understanding of low voltage systems, project workflows, and job site operations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- BICSI, PMP, or manufacturer-specific certifications are a plus.
