Join bakerly as a Machine Operator producing high‑quality brioche breads with precision and attention to detail. Operate the mixer, molding, and oven line to meet customer satisfaction and safety standards.

• Produce consistent, quality products that meet shift efficiency goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely production and quality documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members above and below the line.
• Identify and address equipment, product, or employee needs at line conductor.
• Escalate deviations, line stops, or production issues to mitigate loss and downtime.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.
• Wear required PPE and maintain clean work environment.
• Support continuous growth of operations through flexibility and collaboration.

• Demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in food manufacturing or baking a plus.
• Comply with FDA, OSHA, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Time‑management skills to ensure efficient production.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow precise instructions.
• Proficient in changeover procedures, tooling and recipe changes.
• Fast response to changing priorities.
• Lift 50 pounds repeatedly using proper lifting techniques.
• Complete tasks promptly and carefully.
• Work quickly and cleanly.
• Flexible to accommodate continuous growth of operations.
