Job TitleExtractor Operator – Production Department. Reports to Production Supervisor.
Location:
Onsite in San Antonio, Texas. Pay: $18.50/hr hours/Shift: 3rd Shift.

Initiate set‑up, run, and operate extractors. Read weights, interpret and use basic PLC. Collect production data and samples for statistical and quality programs.

Responsibilities- Read and follow recipe(s).
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Communicate any issues to team lead or supervisor.
- Clean equipment after running daily.
- Gather and maintain required materials; coffee and water.
- General housekeeping, removal of trash, clean work area.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Responsible for consistently maintaining safe quality food products by following GMP, allergen controls, food defense, HACCP, SQF, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure visitors, contractors, and customers are documented on each visit in and out of the facility to maintain GMP, allergen controls, food defense, food security, and HACCP controls.
- Responsibly report all food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
- Partner with others, share knowledge, skills and information within assigned team and across functional areas.
- Ensure all safety work practices are adhered to.
- Exhibit an understanding of quality standards and ability to speak to Finlays quality systems.
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
- Must be a team player, flexible and have good time‑management skills.
- Must be quality conscious and detail oriented.
- Must be able to work overtime or start earlier hours as needed.
- Mechanically inclined and understand the production process.
- High school graduate or GED.

- Able to relocate and/or lift up to 75-pound boxes/bags.
