Pay Rate: $19.50/hour / Shift Differential = $1.00/hour additional

• Adhere to health and safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas.
• Maintain production flow on machinery by monitoring upstream and downstream issues, supplying raw materials, and performing minor servicing when needed.
• Follow all Quality Assurance and Production line standard operating procedures.
• Record all necessary information for production and quality records, keeping accurate downtime reports and documentation.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and general sanitation as assigned by leadership.
• Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
• Identify production or machine-related issues using visual and auditory cues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Assist with cross‑training, inventory management, and other duties assigned by leadership.

• Experience in a high‑speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to operate production machinery and forklifts with technical awareness.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery quickly.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Basic mathematical abilities and familiarity with gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, or related areas preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1–3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Weekdays, weekends, afternoon, evenings, overnight, and holidays may be required. Overtime scheduled as needed.
• Work Environment:
  Operating in a fast‑paced production plant with numerous moving parts. Noise levels require hearing protection and temperatures can be very hot or relatively cold.

• Stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
• Carry weight, lift, and push/pull 80 lbs.
• Operate forklift and climb stairs/ladders or balance.
