As an Entry Level Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production team throughout various projects, assisting in both pre‑production and on‑set activities.

• Assist the production team with all pre‑production tasks, including scheduling and script preparation.
• Help set up production equipment and manage on‑set logistics during shoots.
• Coordinate communication between crew members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the production team in researching locations, props, and talent for projects.
• Maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interest in film and video production with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus.
