Plant Manager

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturer to hire a Plant Manager
. This role will lead all aspects of plant operations, driving safety, quality, productivity, employee development, and overall financial performance.

• Lead all plant operations, including manufacturing, planning, inventory, engineering, maintenance, quality, shipping/receiving, and safety.
• Maintain accountability for plant performance, operational KPIs, and P&L results.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize the utilization of labor, equipment, and materials across the facility.
• Manage operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams through performance management and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business growth and operational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional manufacturing operations and large production teams.
• Strong background managing plant financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, maintenance operations, inventory management, and safety programs.
• Proven success leading change, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems.

• Experience leading high-volume industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement leadership experience.
