This role is critical for maintaining high standards of product quality and production efficiency. You will work closely with the R&D department on scale‑up processes and ensure that all production activities adhere to stringent safety and environmental protocols.

- Manage and supervise daily chemical production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Oversee the safe handling, storage, and disposal of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.
- Collaborate with R&D scientists on the scale‑up of new chemical products and processes from laboratory to pilot plant and full‑scale production.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to maintain process continuity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering .
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the specialty chemicals sector.
- Hands‑on experience with common chemical synthesis and analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO quality standards.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage production teams effectively in George .
