San Antonio, TX TMD Staffing is looking to hire Combo Welders (Pipe/Signage Frames) in San Antonio, TX. Experience with Mig, Tig, Mag and Stick welding needed.
In-Person, Shop, Flexible to travel to sign set up sites.
QUALIFICATIONSHave combo welding experience, pipe and structural MUST BE ABLE TO PASS WELDING TEST Read WPS prior to welding to know heat, speed and electrical input Willing to work out of town. Able to work 40 (plus) hours weeks Back welding not allowed on structural test, penetration must be clean and performed from one side only
Must have 2+ year's welding experience
Weld on pipe and aluminum structure
- GTAW (Arc Welding)
- TIG GMAW (gas metal arch welding)
- MIG/MAG SMAW (shielded metal arc welding)
- STICK FCAW (flux-cored arc welding)
Pass 6G test, weld various components in flat, vertical or overhead positions Weld according to engineering specs on process piping, equipment and structural steel
PAY RATE$18-21 / hour (DOE)
SCHEDULEDay shift, flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
