Industrial Cleaners – Weekends, San Antonio, TX

Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians to support operations at a major automotive distribution facility in San Antonio, TX
.

This is a hands-on industrial position focused on equipment cleaning, production support, and maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This is not a janitorial or office cleaning role. Team members will work around industrial machinery and support daily facility operations.

Day Shift:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 AM – 6:45 PM

Night Shift:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

FULL TIME OPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

• Perform industrial cleaning of manufacturing equipment, conveyors, and production areas
• Remove debris, paint sludge, and buildup from equipment and work areas
• Replace filters and assist with basic maintenance support tasks
• Complete pre- and post-operational inspections
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following PPE requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic required
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes
