Our clients include specialty spas and clinics, sports teams, and individuals who are biohackers or athletes.
What is this role and why does it exist?The Event Marketing Manager ensures Ammortal’s presence at events is not only polished and professional, but also creatively distinctive. This role exists to position Ammortal as a “category of one” by curating innovative experiences that blend best-in‑class event strategy with unique brand storytelling.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Chief Growth Officer, the Event Marketing Manager ensures that every event delivers on two fronts:
- Brand experience – reinforcing Ammortal’s identity and values
- Business growth – capturing and nurturing leads in collaboration with the Sales team
- Partner with Marketing leadership to shape event strategy in support of campaigns and company objectives
- Develop innovative, creative brand experiences that showcase Ammortal’s uniqueness
- Oversee event branding and assets (booth design, signage, collateral, digital activations)
- Collaborate with Sales to operationalize lead capture and follow‑up processes
- Track and report on event performance (ROI, leads, conversions, brand impressions)
- Provide creative direction and feedback to the Event Coordinator on logistics execution
- Creative brand thinker – ideates memorable event experiences that differentiate Ammortal
- Marketing alignment – ensures events support campaigns and sales goals
- Collaboration – works seamlessly with Marketing, Sales, and leadership
- Analytical mindset – measures and interprets event data to optimize outcomes
- Strong communicator – confident in presenting ideas and directing event execution
What technical knowledge do you need to perform in your role? Required
- Experience working with Google Workspace, project management software (Asana or similar), CRM tools (Hub Spot), event marketing software, and analytics tools
- Design experience (Canva, Figma) for light collateral creation
- 5+ years in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand management
- Proven success designing and executing events that drive measurable results
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to align lead generation strategies
- Strong organizational and creative problem‑solving skills
- Background in health, wellness, or technology industries
- Pay: $90,000 – $110,000
- This range is intentionally broad because we are considering a wide range of candidates with varied experience levels

Remote with 25% travel – this individual will travel to some of our events
