Job Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Account Supervisor to join our team and support dental clients across the country with branding and strategic marketing. You will be the primary point of contact for our largest strategic clients and groups and facilitate the development, execution and measurement of all marketing programs. You will also be the Client Service team lead and manage a team of Account Managers.
Responsibilities- Advocate for clients’ success by building relationships and providing constructive communication and guidance.
- Oversee deliverables, scope of work, and external client relations including escalations, advising on marketing programs and communicating metrics.
- Translate client business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies for your team to execute.
- Work with channel managers to develop results-driven, integrated, omni‑channel strategies across digital, social, content, paid media, and traditional channels.
- Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and provide recommendations based on insights.
- Ensure all creative and outputs are on‑brand, accurate and meet quality expectations.
- Manage, guide and mentor a team of Account Managers and coordinators; conduct performance evaluations and monthly scorecards.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross‑selling and new services.
- Confident communication with clients and channel partners.
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing mix and channels.
- Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects while keeping business goals in mind.
- Experience working directly with project stakeholders.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account or marketing management.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized and able to multitask while meeting daily deadlines.
- Experience working in an ad agency.
- People‑management experience or experience leading a team.

Salary range for this role is $65,000–$75,000.
