Public Relations Associate

Compensation: $16.50 - $26.00 / hour
Position Overview: Communiboost We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our public image and strengthening our brand presence through effective communication strategies. You will work closely with the PR Manager to develop and implement media relations programs, create compelling content for press releases and other communication materials, and coordinate events that enhance our visibility.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 per hour

- Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to facilitate positive media coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment towards the organization and its initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage PR events, press conferences, and promotional activities to engage target audiences.
- Support social media strategies that align with PR goals to maximize reach and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications roles, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to craft engaging content.
- Proficiency in media relations and familiarity with current media landscape and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
