As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our public image while facilitating communication between our organization and various stakeholders.

• Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Maintain and update media contact lists to ensure effective outreach and communication.
• Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and community events.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and strategies.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on relevant news and trends.
• Respond to inquiries from the media and the public promptly and professionally.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.

• Competitive hourly wage: $23 - $30 per hour.
