Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Avir at Southcross in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive census growth in our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive census growth, including short-term and long-term census development initiatives
- Establish and maintain key relationships with hospital case managers and other external partners to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and local advertising
- Analyze and report on marketing metrics to measure program effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive census growth, often requiring creative problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the San Antonio market and local healthcare trends
- 2+ years of experience in SNF marketing, with a focus on census development and hospital case manager relationships
- Proven track record of success in driving census growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on internal and external relationship management
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
