Intern​/Executive- Influencer Marketing

amber is a global student accommodation platform helping students find and book accommodation across major study-abroad destinations.

As we expand our presence across SEA and MENA countries, we are building stronger regional creator networks and localized marketing capabilities to reach students in their preferred languages, platforms and communities.

We are looking for full-time Marketing Interns who will work closely with our Marketing and Regional Partnerships teams to build creator networks and support regional growth.

• Research and identify student, education, study-abroad, lifestyle and Gen-Z creators across your assigned region.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant creators across platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube and other region-specific platforms.
• Creator Outreach & Onboarding:
  Identify emerging/micro creators with strong student audiences and engagement.
• Reach out to creators, initiate conversations and communicate potential partnership opportunities.
• Follow up with creators and move them through the onboarding process.
• Ensure creators are onboarded and activated within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate creator databases, outreach trackers and campaign records on CRM.

• Work closely with Regional Partnerships teams to support market-specific marketing initiatives on the B2B side.
• Ability to ideate and execute Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, memes and static content
• Grow amber's social media channels in respective international market
• Cross team function with Global team on design & creatives for Social media channels

Language proficiency: Candidates should be fluent/native-level in the primary regional language mentioned above, with strong working English.

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, sales, community building or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of local social media culture and creator ecosystems.
• Comfortable researching and finding creators online. strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with influencers outreach, follow-ups and high-volume execution.
• Highly organised and able to maintain trackers and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English + the relevant regional language.
• Good understanding of Gen-Z/student audiences is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with teams across different time zones.

• Previous experience working with influencers, creators, student communities or education brands.
• Experience using Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube or creator discovery tools.
• Existing knowledge of local creator communities or a personal network of relevant creators.
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, CRMs, Data analysis

In this role, you will be measured by your ability to build a scalable regional creator network and turn that network into active marketing partnerships.

• Number and quality of relevant creators identified
• Creator outreach and response rates
• Number of creators successfully onboarded
• Campaign/content output from the creator network
• Speed and consistency of execution

This is not a generic marketing internship . The role involves significant ownership of creator discovery, outreach, relationship building and onboarding across international markets.

• Finding creators independently
• Conducting outreach in the regional language
• Speaking with creators and negotiating basic collaborations
• Understanding local social-media trends and creator behaviour
• Supporting multiple markets when required
