Senior Campaign Manager leading end-to-end strategy and execution for Natera's Oncology Pharma marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:- develop integrated multi-channel campaign plans aligned with business objectives, oversee execution across digital, email, paid media, content, and events, and optimize performance through data-driven insights
- serve as the primary coordinator with creative, agency, and cross-functional teams
- present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- 12+ years in campaign management or marketing strategy, preferably within pharma, biopharma, or oncology sectors
- proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, Eloqua)
- strong stakeholder influence skills
- experience in regulated pharma marketing environments with MLR review processes
- oncology
- cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing
- experience within early to mid-stage (Phases 1-3) clinical campaigns
remote USA; salary $125K-$145K USD, with comprehensive benefits and performance incentives.
