Marketing Supervisor

Hilley & Solis Law Firm is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Supervisor to run the day-to-day marketing of our growing personal injury firm. You will own the firm's marketing calendar, content, social media, community presence and reporting, and you will direct the work of our outside agency partners.

This position reports directly to firm leadership. As a senior individual-contributor role: you will supervise marketing programs, vendors and agencies rather than a staff of direct reports. The ideal candidate has a few years of real campaign experience, works independently, and can show results.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, including campaigns you planned, executed and measured yourself
• Experience managing social media channels and producing content for web, email and social
• Working knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting (Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite or similar), and comfort turning numbers into recommendations
• Experience directing agencies, vendors or freelancers and holding them to deadlines and deliverables
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without close supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud are a plus
• Comfortable representing the Firm at community events, including some evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Law firm, personal injury or other regulated-industry marketing experience is a plus

• Own and maintain the Firm's annual marketing calendar and keep projects on schedule
• Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, website and community channels
• Manage the Firm's social media presence and grow engagement
• Write, edit and coordinate content for the website, blog, newsletters and landing pages
• Prepare advertising and marketing materials for State Bar of Texas advertising review and track approvals
• Keep the Firm's brand voice and look consistent across everything we publish
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our SEO, website, advertising and creative partners
• Review agency work and reports, flag issues and follow up on deliverables
• Manage Firm merchandise, including design, ordering, inventory and distribution for events

• Track key marketing metrics, including leads and signed cases by source, and report results to firm leadership each month
• Monitor online reviews and run the firm's review and reputation program
• Research competitors and local market trends, and recommend what to start, stop or change

• Plan and run community outreach, sponsor ships and Firm events, including weekend events
• Build relationships with nonprofit and community partners in San Antonio and South Texas
• Coordinate employee and client-facing events

• A smaller part of this role supports firm operations alongside our Office Manager.
• Assist firm leadership with special projects
• Coordinate with office vendors and help with office projects as needed
• Support scheduling and logistics for Firm meetings and events

You will work directly with the Firm's founding partners and have real ownership of how the firm shows up in San Antonio and across South Texas. This is a role for a marketer who wants to run programs from start to finish, see the results in the firm's growth, and be trusted to make recommendations.
