Overview
City Year San Antonio is hiring a Development Director to lead fundraising strategy and strengthen partnerships that support students and schools. In this senior leadership role, you’ll design and execute a comprehensive development plan, cultivate major donors, and oversee signature fundraising events. Your work will make a lasting impact on the community and help students thrive.
Responsibilities- Design and execute a comprehensive development plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead fundraising strategy and donor stewardship efforts.
- Cultivate major donors and key partnerships to support programs and students.
- Oversee signature fundraising events and related activities.
- 5 to 8 years of fundraising experience.
- Strong relationship-building and donor development skills.
- Knowledge of the San Antonio donor landscape.
Salary: $74,000 to $80,000, plus comprehensive benefits.
