Job Description
This is a .20 position (8 hours/week)
The Justice Ministries Impact Zone Leader must have experience in Justice Ministries in Europe.
Duties would include:
- Identifying and connecting with the GEM missionaries working within their zone
- Being familiar with where these missionaries are working, what their ministries look like, and with whom they are partnering
- Maintaining a roster with this information
- Staying informed about trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe that concern their zone
- Gathering and developing systems for sharing resources that can educate, inform, and equip missionaries who are working in their zone as well as help them to evaluate their efforts
- Being a resource/support for missionaries working in their zone
- Being a recognized, in-house reference/expert for GEM leadership on their zone
Meeting 1x/year in person with the other Impact Zone Leaders and the president of GEM, plus monthly virtually with the Impact Director and other Impact Zone Leaders
Completing a monthly activity report and submitting it to the Impact Zone Director
