Certified Nurse Aide - CNA

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Creative Solutions In Health Care.

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to residents. The role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll support our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high‑quality service.

• Provide Personal Care:
  Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment:
  Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility:
  Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information:
  Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning:
  Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement:
  Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated self‑discipline and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understanding and adherence to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
