Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas.

$27–$37 per hour

Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are looking for RNs and LVNs to work full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights and weekends available).

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
