Position SummaryWe are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic and expanding outpatient practice in San Antonio, TX
.
This full‑time, permanent position offers a traditional Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, no hospital rounding, and no call
. The role provides the opportunity to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to adult patients, with the option to see all age groups if preferred.

Essential Position Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Conduct annual wellness exams, including women’s health visits, as part of a holistic care approach.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation in the electronic health record (EHR – eClinical
Works). - Promote health education and preventive care to support long‑term patient wellness.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).
- Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license in Texas; national certification required.
- Experience: Prior outpatient or primary care experience preferred;
new graduates are encouraged to apply. - Language: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
