Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Bone Marrow Transplant​/BMT

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Bone Marrow Transplant unit requiring oncology certification and recent specialty experience.

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Oncology Certification (ONC) required
• NIH Stroke Certification required for BMT (ICU)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the BMT specialty required
• Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates)

Responsibilities

• Work in the BMT (8W) unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week assignment length
• Provide direct patient care to bone marrow transplant patients on a med/surg unit
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• First-time travelers may be considered if experience requirements are met
