San Antonio Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse to assess walk-in and phone referrals, triage and refer to the most appropriate service, and deliver quality general/psychiatric nursing care for hospitalized patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, provide patient/family teaching, and supervise nursing staff per hospital policy.
The role requires active RN licensure in Texas, CPR/BLS/ACLS, CPI a plus, and prior behavioral health
