Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Med Surg – Travel
- Provide safe overall nursing care on a Med Surg floor
- Utilize telemetry and other basic equipment such as tele, VS, glucometer, and scales
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records using Meditech EMR
- Foster a supportive and positive team environment
Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Med Surg – Travel
- Active LVN licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Telemetry capabilities
- Preferred experience in inpatient hospital nursing
