ICU Nurse
Scion Health is seeking an experienced RN for a long-term acute care setting in San Antonio. You will provide high-level patient care to critically ill patients using the nursing process, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in discharge planning.
Responsibilities include care planning, supervising nursing staff, accurate documentation in the EMR, and ensuring patient and family education. ACLS/BCLS certifications and CCU experience are preferred.
