Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Texas

Schedule: Pitman schedule – Week 1:
Work two days, off two days, work three days. Week 2:
Off two days, work two days, off three days.

• Medical floor supporting diverse patient populations including outpatient treatment room, inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients
• Non-surgical unit focused on medical care and treatment
• Rotating Pitman schedule providing regular extended time off for work-life balance
• Opportunity to work with varied patient acuity levels across multiple service lines
• December 2026 start date allows for advance planning

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or ability to obtain
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Experience with outpatient treatment, inpatient care, observation, and swing bed patients a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
