Nurse Practitioner

We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to provide inpatient medical care in a hospital setting in San Antonio, Texas. Candidates will manage hospitalized patients, coordinate treatment plans, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Respond to urgent patient care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow clinical standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent recognized organization).
• Current, unrestricted NP license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 1 year of NP experience within the last 2 years, including 6 months of inpatient experience.

Schedule

• Approximately 7 shifts every 14 days.
• Rotating weekdays and weekends, including approximately 4 weekend days per month.
• Typical shift: 6:00 AM-4:45 PM, with occasional later shifts.
• Federal holiday coverage may be required.
