Under the guidance of the Ranch Manager, you'll be integral to our ranch operations, ensuring the execution of activities that enhance our campers' experiences. This position offers flexible hours primarily on weekends, making it ideal for those passionate about horses and outdoor activities.

• Provide exceptional care and experiences for campers, guests, and team members.
• Handle and groom horses, ensuring they are properly tacked and prepared for activities.
• Lead horses during activities and provide side walking support for riders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of ranch facilities including pastures, barns, arenas, and trails.
• Uphold a safe environment at all times, adhering to camp protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support ranch operations.

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive demeanor, even in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for interacting with campers and colleagues.

• Physical Requirements:
  
  Regular standing, walking, and occasional heavy lifting up to 40 pounds. Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and navigate uneven terrain.
• Environmental Demands:
  Work in an outdoor ranch setting with exposure to various weather conditions.
• Professional Expectations:
  Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with camp standards.
