- Provide high-quality, compassionate veterinary care to a diverse caseload
- Perform diagnostics, treatment planning, surgeries, and follow-ups
- Build trusting relationships with pet owners through clear communication
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of veterinarians and support staff
- Stay current on advancements in veterinary medicine and attend CE opportunities
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice veterinary medicine in Texas
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skillsli>
- Excellent client communication and team collaboration abilities
- Experience in emergency or specialty care is a plus—but new grads are welcome with mentorship available
- High base salary with production incentives
- $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
