Lead commercial manufacturing and packaging for biopharma products, focusing on packaging, serialization, and ex-US supply to support global market expansion.
Responsibilities- oversee end-to-end packaging engineering (primary, secondary, serialized)
- manage international CMOs and distribution partners
- ensure compliance with serialization and track-and-trace regulations (EU FMD, US DSCSA)
- lead validation activities
- coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launch, lifecycle management, and quality assurance
- bachelor's degree in packaging engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field
- 10+ years in commercial pharma manufacturing and supply, with hands-on experience managing global packaging, artwork, serialization, and validation
- deep knowledge of GMP, change control, and international regulatory standards
- proven track record launching products in US and ex-US markets
extensive experience in global commercial packaging and serialization, international manufacturing, and regulatory compliance across multiple geographies.
Work Setupremote U.S.
-based role with quarterly travel to San Francisco; travel estimated at 20-25%.
