Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing as an Agent Partner

Consult with Buyers

  • Convert prospects into signed buyer agreements
  • Match clients to homes that meet their needs and lifestyle
Negotiate with Confidence

  • Represent both buyers and sellers to secure win-win offers
  • Leverage our coaching and scripts to guide every negotiation
Lead Generate Like a Pro (15 Hours Weekly)

  • We’ll teach you exactly how to do this with structure and purpose
  • Prospect, follow up, and convert leads into appointments
Host Open Houses Monthly

  • We’ll help you build a strategy and support the execution
  • Attract buyers, generate conversations, and grow your pipeline
Track & Scale with Brivity

  • Log daily activities and task follow-through using our tech platform
  • Stay organized, efficient, and focused on what drives results
Set Appointments & Follow the Process

  • Convert lead gen into face-to-face meetings that move the needle
  • Use our systems to stay consistent and accountable
Participate in Script Practice

  • Weekly team role-play sessions to sharpen your communication
  • We’ll help you gain confidence fast
Engage in Team Activities

  • Be part of a high-energy, high-standard environment
  • Collaborate, share wins, and stay inspired
Consult with Sellers

  • Convert seller leads into listings through proven strategies
  • Deliver top-tier listing presentations and marketing plans
Demonstrate Expertise in Listings

  • Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services
  • Position homes to sell quickly and for top dollar

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and a drive to win. You naturally build rapport, actively listen, and deliver solutions that serve your clients. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and committed to providing exceptional service.

  • Strong background in sales and client conversion
