Responsibilities
What You'll Do as a Sales Agent at Homebase

- Consult with Buyers — Convert conversations into signed agreements and help clients find the perfect home
- Negotiate Like a Pro — Represent buyers and sellers with confidence through every offer and counter
- Lead Generate 15 Hours/Week — We’ll teach you the exact systems that work
- Host Monthly Open Houses — We’ll partner with you to build a smart, repeatable plan
- Track Your Progress in Brivity — Stay organized, accountable, and focused on what matters
- Turn Conversations into Appointments — Convert leads into real opportunities
- ️ Practice Your Craft — Join weekly script training to sharpen your skills
- Engage with the Team — Participate in team activities and build meaningful connections
- ️ Consult with Sellers — Win listings and create a tailored plan to market their home
- Be the Expert — Advise clients on pricing, staging, and strategy to position homes for success
Who You Are
You’re a driven, self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge and a heart for service. You naturally build trust, listen with intention, and offer solutions that make a difference. You love prospecting, thrive on meaningful conversations, and are energized by the challenge of growing a career in real estate.
You Bring
- A real estate license (not required to apply — you can be currently enrolled in real estate school)
- 3+ years of residential sales experience (preferred, but not required)
- ️ Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- A learning-based, growth-minded approach to your career
- Discipline, organization, and a proactive mindset
- ️ Excellent time management and task execution
- A willingness to learn scripts, dialogues, and proven systems
- A team-first mentality — you’re collaborative, coachable, and service-driven
