This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Real Estate Agent at our San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area location. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties, preparing and presenting offers, conducting property tours, providing market analyses, and managing all aspects of real estate transactions. This role requires fostering positive client relationships and staying up to date with market trends, zoning regulations, and real estate laws.
Qualifications- MUST have a valid real estate license in the state of Texas
- Proven skills in customer service, client communication, and relationship building
- Ability to conduct property market analyses, understand zoning regulations, and navigate real estate transactions
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with real estate platforms, CRM software, and digital tools
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and industry regulations
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales objectives
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the San Antonio area
