  • Coordinate with QC/QA and regulatory staff to ensure adherence to protocols and compliance standards.
  • Review study protocols, SOWs, contracts, and final reports for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
  • Oversee sponsor-facing financial deliverables: coordinate with finance teams, monitor deadlines, and ensure accuracy prior to submission.
Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a scientific, technical, or government research environment (e.g., project coordination, study execution, or research operations), ideally client-facing
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Project and Excel; familiarity with PM lifecycle and deliverable workflows
  • PgMP or CAPM with extensive experience preferred
  • Proven experience independently managing sponsor-facing scientific projects preferred
  • Skilled at managing scope, schedule, and budget across multiple concurrent studies
  • Proven ability to synthesize technical study protocols into actionable project plans, trackers, and sponsor deliverables
