The luxurious St. Anthony Hotel is seeking an outgoing, energetic and customer‑service oriented Food Runner/Busser. In this role, you will set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

St. Anthony, a Luxury Collection Hotel San Antonio, opened in 1909 and has been designated a national historic site. Our luxury hotel embodies old‑world splendor with touches like Italian marble and Corinthian columns.

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Assist with in‑room dining daily duties and functions, including but not limited to setting up and breaking down in‑room dining trays.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• TABC certification required.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
