We are currently seeking a passionate BBQ Cutter to join Rudy’s Country Store & Bar-B-Q in San Antonio. As a Cutter, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our quality expectations and ensuring a memorable guest experience. This position requires expertise in meat cutting, attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  Highly skilled in time management and adhering to cutting procedures in a fast-paced setting.

  Since this position is guest-facing, excellent customer service skills are a must.

  Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is essential.
• Tenure: A strong work history with demonstrated tenure in previous cutter positions.
