Summary

As a Barback, you ensure bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar environment, and you understand the importance of speed, accuracy, and teamwork. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every patron.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock the bar with essential supplies including condiments, straws, napkins, rags, and garnishes.
• Clear glassware and dirty plates from the bar area and surrounding spaces.
• Wash and restock glassware to support continuous service.
• Assist bartenders with maintaining pace and quality of service during peak hours.
• Transport bus tubs to the kitchen and replace with clean ones.
• Cut fruit and garnishes for cocktails and specialty drinks.
• Monitor and replenish stock of juices, liquors, beer, and wine.
• Reset bar areas between guests, clearing used items and ensuring readiness.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by bartenders or management.

Work Schedule
