Baker, Restaurant​/Food Service

Nadler's Bakery & Deli is a well-established bakery and deli located in the heart of San Antonio, TX. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Baker at Nadler's Bakery & Deli, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products are made to the highest quality and standards.

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes and customer requests
• Decorate and finish products with icings, glazes, toppings, and fillings
• Ensure all products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and menu items
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling special orders
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Creativity and attention to detail for decorating and finishing products
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate is a plus
