Souvenir Photographer Sales Supervisor – San Antonio Go Rio Cruises at Cherry Hill Programs

Job Overview

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of your venue, support team members, and drive performance goals forward.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily activities of team members and assign tasks and assignments
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
  • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or Local Management when needed
  • Assist with inventory, training, and recruiting as needed
  • Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty
  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required)
  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
  • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
  • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
  • Operate POS system and photography equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Complete all other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment with natural weather conditions
  • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
