We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Lead to serve as a brand ambassador for our Superstore in San Antonio, TX, ensuring a unique retail experience. The Lead will manage day‑to‑day operations, deliver excellent service, and lead store associates to meet and exceed performance standards. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, business acumen, and experience in retail and/or luxury goods.

• Formulate strategic business development plans to ensure brand growth and long‑term financial success
• Assist in setting standards and objectives for retail sales staff
• Educate and hold sales team accountable to company goals, visual merchandising directives, product knowledge, and customer service standards
• Oversee and optimize daily retail associate routines to ensure efficiency
• Work closely with the store manager to set and deliver upon sales and profit goals
• Monitor all store expenses to keep the store within budget objectives
• Create and enforce employee schedules
• Track progress of store goals and drive results
• Execute all store operations and ensure they are completed satisfactorily
• Motivate team members to achieve their personal best
• Manage labor hours to reach hourly wage goals set by the store manager
• Assign daily duties for deployment positions
• Monitor store systems (lighting, HVAC, humidification, water treatment, plumbing, alarm, surveillance) to ensure proper functioning and maintenance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
• Hands‑on commitment to getting the job done
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• General understanding of cigars and the cigar industry preferred, not required
